Onsite Lessons

Registration and Fees

  1. Registration must be completed by all new students with a one-off registration fee of AED100.
  2. All fees are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
  3. All fees are non-refundable.  Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
  4. Books, examination fees, transportation fees, concert fees, transfer fees, accessories and instruments etc. are not included in the package price.
  5. Fees can be paid by cash, card, bank transfer or online
  6. Promotions offered by Jazz rockers cannot be adjusted against previously purchased packages.
  7. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  8. Students must commit to promotional package terms and conditions.  If the student cannot commit to the terms and conditions, the promotional package is subject to Conversion terms and conditions.

Schedule

  1. Lesson timing allocation is subject to availability.
  2. Lessons will be booked at regular time slots, each week, for the duration of the package.  For lesson time slot changes, submit a request to the Front Desk, a minimum of one (1) week before the request schedule change.  If the time slot is available, it will be provided.
  3. All Dance classes have a maximum capacity for health, safety and quality reasons.  A student must select a class based on availability.  Without a fixed lesson schedule, students may not be permitted to participate since the student had no prior booking and the class is at maximum capacity.
  4. If a student wishes to take an online lesson instead of a schedule face-to-face lesson, the student must inform and confirm with the Front Desk.

Fee compensation & Return /Refund policy

  1. Compensation in classes or course fees is applicable only when two or more consecutive classes are missed.
  2. Please note that no compensatory classes or fee deductions would be made if a child misses one class or randomly numerous classes. Missed classes MUST be consecutive and informed by email in advance.
  3. Compensation will not be provided for government declared holidays.
  4. Compensation is NOT applicable for transportation fees.
  5. If any student is unable to attend two or more consecutive classes, an official email has to be sent in advance to info@jazzrockers.com with student’s full name, course name and batch timing.
  6. Once a confirmation email is sent from Jazz rockers, the fees for the missed classes can be compensated in the following month fees for dance.
  7. For courses other than dance, a compensatory class has to be taken on any other days as per schedule and fees will not be compensated. The compensatory classes have to be taken within a specific time period.
  8. A make-up lesson will be provided at the availability of any teacher’s schedule.  The teacher may differ from the regular teacher; the make-up lesson must be booked at the time of cancellation.
  9. Make -up lessons cannot be rescheduled again.
  10. If a lesson is cancelled by Jazz rockers due to any circumstances or teacher absence, a make-up lesson will be offered within the package period. 
  11. Make-up lessons cannot be carried forward beyond the package expiry, in any circumstances.

Renewals

  1. Package renewals must be made before the expiry of the existing package.

Transfers and Conversions

  1. Packages can be transferred to first-degree relatives only.
  2. All fees are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
  3. Transfer requests can be submitted for change of subject, lesson duration, lesson frequency and transfer to another student or location.
  4. A minimum of three (3) remaining lessons must be available in the package to submit a request for transfer.  All transfers are subject to Jazz rockers approval based on schedule availability.
  5. Transfers, if approved, can only be granted one (1) time per active package.
  6. Partial package transfers are not permitted.  The student must transfer the entire package.
  7. The conversion of package fees to products is not permitted.
  8. If a student wants to convert package duration or package frequency, the existing package balance will be converted into cash and reflected against the new package price.  Any positive balance will be credited to the student’s account.  Any negative balance must be paid by the student.
  9. Conversion of exam fees, admin fees or concert fees to services or products is not permitted.

Institute Policies

  1. All communications for scheduling and re-scheduling, making payments, absences etc. must be done with the Front Desk.
  2. Jazz rockers will not be held responsible if communication is made directly with teachers.
  3. Jazz rockers will be closed as per KHDA and government announcements which are subject to change.  Classes will operate as normal during school half-term holidays.
  4. Dance students must only attend the class appropriate to their level and age, as directed by the teacher.
  5. Instruments will be made available in each classroom for use during the scheduled face-to-face lesson only – these instruments cannot be taken home. Jazz rockers recommend that all students purchase an instrument for home practice.
  6. Jazz rockers reserve the right to change the schedule, teacher and branch at any necessary time.  The student will be offered a new schedule; be re-assigned to a new teacher or branch; or offered to freeze until a teacher is available again.  Refunds are not given under any circumstances.

Institute Code of Conduct

  1. Jazz rockers Code of Conduct and Studio Policies must be adhered to at all times.
  2. Students must arrive at five (5) minutes before the lesson starts (face-to-face and online).  If the student is late and to prevent disruption to the next student, the teacher cannot extend a lesson beyond the scheduled end time.
  3. Parents/guardians must be inside the school or within school premises, five (5) minutes before the class end time, to ensure the student’s safety if they are not using Jazz rockers transportation facility.
  4. Students are responsible to bring their required books to the lesson and to practice at home as required.  Failure to practice or bring the necessary books may impact on the students progress.
  5. Students must wear an appropriate uniform to class.
  6. Parents are not permitted in the studios/ classroom while the class is ongoing.
  7. Parents may speak to the respective admins/branch supervisors/ operations in charge to convey a suggestion, feedback or complaint. You are requested to avoid direct communication regarding curriculum or classes with the instructors.
  8. We will not be able to entertain a student if he/she is aggressive, inconsolably crying, and troublesome and/or disturbs other students.
  9. Students who avail institute transportation, if the designated person to pick up the child from drop off point is not present or/and is not reachable over the registered contact numbers, the student will be dropped back safely to the institute. In such cases, the parent/ guardian should pick the child from the institute.

Dress code

  1.  All Jazz rockers students must wear the jazz rockers T-shirt which is a part of the uniform they are expected to follow.
  2.  All Jazz rockers dance students should wear track pants or leggings. Tight pants, jeans etc must be avoided.
  3.  Jazz rockers dance students must wear dancing shoes (sports shoes, canvas shoes etc). Not applicable for classical dance students.
  4. Classical Dance Students (Bharatanatyam & Kathak) students must wear white salwar khamees or white kurthi and leggings. Dupatta shall be provided by the institute for the first time. Extra dupatta shall be provided at a payment of AED 15 per piece.
  5.  Ballet students must wear a ballet costume and ballet shoes. Their hair must be tied up in a pony/bun.
  6.  For every paid registration Jazz rockers will provide one free T-shirt. For any extra T-shirts, you may purchase from us at AED 50 per T-shirt.
  7.  Students attending drums classes must bring their own set of drum sticks.
  8.  For fine arts students, all basic materials and art books are provided by the institute. Advanced/ specialized fine arts students must bring their own materials.

Data Protection

  1. Online lessons are automatically recorded for the safety and security of students and quality of lessons.
  2. Online lessons recordings are held securely and will not be sent, used or published to any external party due to confidentiality and privacy, this includes to the student.
  3. Jazz rockers may take photos and videos during lessons and performances to be used for training, marketing, social media and other publications as required.
  4. Jazz rockers hold information about its customers, to enable Jazz rockers to carry out its business.  This information includes customer contact details and student record information.  Jazz rockers will not disclose any information to any third party.

 

 Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of United Arab Emirates, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and Jazz rockers Kids Amusement Arcade that arises in whole or in part from the Website shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You agree that: (a) the Website shall be deemed solely based in UAE; and (b) the Jazz rockers Website shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Jazz rockers Kids Amusement Arcade, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than UAE.

Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and are fully able and competent to enter into this Agreement, conditions, obligations, affirmations and representations set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.

General

Jazz rockers reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review this Agreement for any changes. Your use of the Website following any amendment of this Agreement will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.

Concert Terms and Conditions

Registration and Fees

  1. The students should pay a concert registration fee before the concert registration deadline.
  2. Fees help to cover the costs related to the concert Jazz rockers endeavours to keep costs at a minimum whilst maintaining its usual high standards.
  3. Students who are performing in multiple subjects are only required to pay one (1) concert registration fee.
  4. All fees are non-refundable.  Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
  5. A strict lateness policy applies.  Students must arrive at the venue prior to the given timing to register attendance.  Students who are late may miss the performance and a replacement time will not be offered.
  6. Conversion of concert fees to services or products is not permitted.

Scheduling

  1. Teachers select students based on a minimum skill level and as per the health and safety constraints of the venue and stage.
  2. The concert may fall on a weekday or weekend, morning, late afternoon or evening.  The time slot is scheduled as per venue restrictions.
  3. Students should endeavor to attend all classes leading up to the concert, to enhance the experience of the concert and to deliver a high-quality performance.  In case of any missed lessons during this preparation time, there will be no refunds on the concert registration fee.
  4. If the student cannot attend the concert, the student must notify Jazz rockers at the earliest.
  5. External influences which are out of Jazz rockers control may affect concert schedule.  This can include an interruption or cancellations to the schedule by the event organizer, weather conditions, prayer timings etc.
  6. If the event or concert must be re-scheduled due to external influences, Jazz rockers will try to re-schedule the concert on a different day and/or time.
  7. Student rehearsals, at the venue and on the stage, are unfortunately not possible since each concert has over 800 students and venue restrictions with regards to stage use.
  8. Once the concert schedule has been issued, students cannot swap days, groups or timings, since group timings are already set and cannot be extended beyond their scheduled time.

Data Protection

  1. Jazz rockers hold information about its customers, to enable Jazz rockers to carry out its business.  This information includes customer contact details and student record information.  Jazz rockers will not disclose any information to any third party.
  2. Jazz rockers may take photos and videos during performances to be used for training, marketing, social media and other publications as required.

Disclosure

  1. Parents, guardians and students are responsible for acting in a way that does not bring any danger to themselves or another.  Concert participants must observe all warnings and safety signs and behave safely and responsibility at all times.

Online Lessons

General

  1. All communications for booking and rescheduling of lessons and making payments etc. must be done through the customer care executives. Jazz rockers cannot be held responsible if communications are made directly with the teachers.
  2. Jazz rockers code of conduct and studio policies must be adhered to at all times.
  3. Please login to your lessons, 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson. If you are late the teacher cannot extend beyond your scheduled end time, to prevent disruption of other students
  4. The special offer e-learning package is limited to 1 package per student.
  5. E-learning packages cannot be utilized or converted into face-to-face lessons.
  6. Students are responsible to provide their instrument and required books for the lesson and to practice as needed. Failure to practice or to have an instrument and book may impact on the students’ progress.
  7. Packages must be completed within the expiry period; no extension can be offered.
  8. Dance students must only attend the classes appropriate to their level and age as directed by the instructor.
  9. In order to avoid disruption to the class and other students, studio policies must be adhered to at all times.
  10. Jazz rockers may take photos and videos during lessons and performances to be used for marketing, social media and other publications as required.
  11. Parents/Guardians are requested to come online and meet the teacher of your child, 5 minutes before the end of every lesson to be updated with his/her progress and to be informed of what he/she must practice at home
  12. Lessons are automatically recorded for the safety and security of students and quality control of lessons.
  13. Lesson recordings are held securely and will not be sent, used or published to any external party due to confidentiality and privacy, this includes to the student.
  14. Students taking online lessons must meet all minimum requirements for online lessons

Schedule

  1. Lesson timing allocation is subject to availability.
  2. Lessons will be booked at regular time slots, each week, for the duration of the package.  For lesson time slot changes, submit a request to the customer service team, a minimum of one (1) week before the request schedule change.  If the time slot is available, it will be provided.
  3. The allocation of the lesson timings is subject to availability. Kindly contact the customer service team to know about the availability of the desired schedule.
  4. All Dance classes have a maximum capacity for health, safety and quality reasons.  A student must select a class based on availability.  Without a fixed lesson schedule, students may not be permitted to participate since the student had no prior booking and the class is at maximum capacity.
  5. If a student wishes to take an onsite lesson instead of a scheduled online lesson, the student must inform and confirm with the customer service team

Fee compensation & Return /Refund policy

  1. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  2. Jazz rockers will be closed during UAE and Islamic holidays which are subject to change as per government and Knowledge and Human Development Authority announcements. Classes will operate as normal during school half-term holidays
  3. Your lessons will be booked at a regular time slot each week, for your full course ahead. Should you wish to change this time, please advise the Customer service officers at least a week in advance, the lesson will be rescheduled if there is availability.
  4. The cancellation and freezing of lessons are not permitted. If the class is not attended, it is lost
  5. Should a lesson be cancelled by Jazzrockers due to any network issues or a teacher’s absence, a replacement lesson will be offered at the earliest convenience during the course dates and cannot be carried forward beyond the package expiry in any circumstances.
  6. Jazz rockers reserve the right to change schedule and teachers at any necessary time. The student will be reassigned an appropriate teacher or offered to freeze until their teacher is available again. Refunds will not be given if a teacher leaves.

Payment Terms

- All the courses under Jazz Rockers are subject to the subscription method ( Auto renewal Method)

- By choosing and paying for a particular course you agree to an initial and a recurring monthly fee until the subscription has been cancelled. And you accept the responsibility for  all the recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time through our website using your individual Login credentials.

 - Kindly Sign up with your registered mail ID before subscribing the courses. 

- You may alter or change the subscription at your convenience using your individual Login ID and password. 

- Once you subscribe the service Jazz rockers will automatically process your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle. And we will continue to process your monthly subscription fee each month until you cancel your subscription.      

- We maintain commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to ensure your information is treated securely and reliably. Jazz Rockers do not collect or store any card details or passwords.

 -  You will receive a reminder mail on your registered mail ID 3 days prior to your billing date and the amount will be deducted automatically on the due date. 

- Kindly make sure that your account or card have sufficient funds prior to the due date to avoid the inconveniences.

 - In case of prepaid subscriptions i.e., 3 months , 6 months and 1 year payments,  you will be charged the same current subscription fee for the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription any time before the next due date.

 - The offers are eligible for first time payments only. During the renewal you will be charged the actual subscription amount. 

- You can either cancel, alter or skip your payment before the renewal date through the website using your individual Login ID and password. 

- Do not share your user credentials with anyone to assure the accountability, as Jazz Rockers do not have the access to your User details.
