Payment Policy

     Monthly Payment System

jazzrockers follows a monthly payment system, and all fees must be remitted on or before the 5th of every month. Payments are to be made in advance to ensure uninterrupted participation in classes.

     Pro-Rated Fees for New or Rejoining Students

•  If a child joins after the first week of the month, fees can be paid only for the remaining classes of that month.
•  However, if a child joins after the 15th of the month, the fee must be paid for: The remaining classes of the current month, and the full upcoming month in advance.

 This policy is strictly applicable only to new or rejoining students. From the following month onward, the regular monthly payment system applies, regardless of the number of classes attended.

Compensation Classes & Fee Deductions

•  Compensatory classes or fee deductions will be considered only if two or more consecutive classes are missed.
•  Missed classes must be consecutive and informed in advance via email to: contact@jazzrockers.com
•  Compensation classes must be availed within the same month; they cannot be carried forward to the next month.
•  No compensatory classes or fee deductions will be made for randomly missed individual classes.
•  Transportation fee is non-refundable and not subject to compensation under any circumstances.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a consistent learning environment for all our students.
